Often people ask us where our natural stone comes from. If you’ve seen some of our recent posts you’ve heard about the ever-so-popular white marble. The White Carrera quarry, one of Italy’s natural wonders, is where this precious stone is extracted and hand-picked for our clients.
Our newest staff member, Rebecca Watson, was recently featured in Triangle Business Journal. As a sales associate, Rebecca is instrumental in our customer relationships and helps with project management for commercial and residential projects.
“Rebecca is a specialist when it comes to high-touch customer service with our interior design, architecture and contractor clients,” said Laura Grandlienard, founder of ROCKin’teriors.
Oftentimes, when people see “thick” slabs of stone in someone’s home, it’s usually a double-mount of two stone slabs together. But this is ROCKin’teriors. And we do extraordinary things, especially when we partner with amazing custom home builders like Rufty Homes.

Not in a custom home built by our friends at Rufty, with interior design inspiration by our friends at Design Lines. This homeowner wanted the real deal – one giant slab of pure marble. That’s where our partners at Marva step in to help us make it happen by sourcing the finest natural material. Continue reading
Did you know that ROCKin’teriors has been commissioned to create unique sculptures for clients?
A customer came to us with a special request for a marble sculpture, and we jumped at the opportunity. We knew our fabulous team member Jeff would be fit for the task. ROCKin’teriors takes pride in traditional fabrication methods, so our craftsmen are highly skilled and can transform a slab of natural stone by hand.
Every day at work is a pleasure with our great staff. We’re blessed to have each and every one of the ROCKin’teriors’ employees, and today we’re recognizing Deanna Werner, our showroom manager and stone consultant. Check out her debut in the Triangle Business Journal
“Deanna has a unique ability to educate customers on quarrying and the natural properties of all the various types of stone,” said Laura Grandlienard, founder of ROCKin’teriors.
She holds a B.A. in business and finance from Florida Southern College and an associate degree in interior design from Bauder College in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
